Seth Lubove

Seth Lubove joined Sitrick and Company after a 30-year career in magazine, newspaper and wire service journalism, which included serving as an editor and reporter for Bloomberg, Forbes and the Wall Street Journal.

Prior to joining Sitrick, he served as Los Angeles bureau chief for Bloomberg News, a senior writer at Bloomberg Markets magazine, and a reporter on Bloomberg’s Billionaires Team, where he developed wealth valuations and discovered hidden billionaires. He was recruited by Bloomberg in 2006 after 16 years at Forbes, where he was Los Angeles bureau chief, deputy bureau chief, associate editor and staff writer.

Before that, Mr. Lubove was a staff writer at Florida Trend, a monthly business magazine owned by Times Publishing Co., and a reporter in the Pittsburgh bureau of the Wall Street Journal. He started his journalism career as a reporter on the business desk of the Miami Herald.

A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Lubove has a B.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University. He has received awards from the Los Angeles Press Club, the New York Press Club and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers, and was a member of a team that was a finalist in the Public Interest category of the 2008 National Magazine Awards.
